COMPANY PROFILE
The company was co-founded in 2002 by the current managing director, Sarel du Toit.
Since 2011 the company is owned by DAS Commodities (Pty) Ltd and Taliesa Trust in equal shares.
The principal objective of Prontuit Beleggings is the leasing of office space of the office building, Namib House.
Namib House
The name Namib House originated from Sarel and the du Toit Family’s heritage and love for Namibia.
The available leasing area of the building is 700m2 and comprises of eight office areas. The offices have beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and Stellenbosch mountains. The three storey building is equipped with an elevator and wheelchair friendly.
There is ample parking space for both tenants and visitors.
During 2018 we refurbished the outside of the building as well as the communal areas including kitchenettes, bathrooms and entry foyer. The gardens were also redesigned to be more water wise and self-sufficient, contributing to the water saving efforts of Cape Town.
